I ordered this product and will be returning it promptly.
The handle is missing at least one drill hole as based on the picture on the box and in the instructions.The one drill hole on the handle shaft is the wrong place and aligns with absolutely nothing.
Half the hardware is missing.The hardware was not packaged; it was just thrown into the box loose.The box had several large holes and based on a shoddy tape job it appears to have been opened and resealed at some point.
My guess is that this box has been returned before (probably due to defects) and was simply resent back out with a handful of miscellaneous and mismatched hardware thrown in by hand.
The photo instructions are a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy, etc. They are barely readable.
