(More customer reviews)I am very happy with this purchase.It's very well built and functional.My 5 year old and I enjoy the extended rides this gives us compared to a small kids bike.My only regret is not having spent the extra money and bought the version with multiple speeds.However I'm not sure that's necessary as most kids that are big enough to use that function would be riding on their own.

The carpet is truly BUNK.
I will never purchase this junk again. It is pulling apart on all the ends before I even installed it. Time will tell how long before it totaly comes apart and it gets torn off at the boat ramp.

(More customer reviews)I bought this from my dealer with my new Pilot Touring, but ended up returning it and getting the Thule roof mount system.I thought that this would allow you to load up two bikes and then swing them out of the way to access the hatch.It doesn't you must remove the bikes from the rack and - only after removing the bikes - it allows you to pivot the rack downwards towards the ground to access the hatch.It is actually easier - once the bikes are removed - to just pull it out of the hitch receiver and remove the rack than it is to pull the pin and pivot the whole thing down.

This might work OK for someone as an inexpensive solution, but don't expect you will be able to access your hatch with a loaded rack.It doesn't work the same way as the similar hitch mount Thule system (which is three times the price).

(More customer reviews)We've had our Schwinn Trailer for one year.My daughter enjoys riding in it very much. There is a place for her drink, and the seat is comfortable enough that on longer rides she falls asleep.
I bought one of those seats that fits on the back of a bicycle, but it wouldn't fit.The back fender of my bicycle was too wide for the seat, and we didn't want to force it.I'm glad it didn't fit.The trailer is just great.It rolls smoothly on inflated rubber tires.I'm careful when turning that I don't hit curbs, the trailer turns very well. My daughter has room to wiggle her feet, without kicking me, she is protected from the sun, and mosquitoes with the cover and the bug/debris net.The side windows are easy to see out of.She enjoys riding in the trailer, and sometimes we even take the neighbor's granddaughter with us.They both fit comfortably (remember less than 100 lbs)It's a great purchase.
