(More customer reviews)I got this stroller a few weeks ago and have walked plenty with it. It is so easy to maneuver and push.It is so agile!The seat backs do lay back a bit, which is a little weird for my almost 3 yr old, but is fine for my 6 monther.I had my heart set on the BOB duallie, but with a $500 price, it wasn't an option, this is a fine alternative.THe color combo is awesome-and the swivel wheel is incredible.I will never buy a jogging stroller without a swivel wheel after using this one!!It is a tad on the heavy side when folded, but it is still doable-

I do have some suggestions for InStep though, if anyone from there is reading my review!:

1.If you are going to continue to make a sun shade, at least make one that is functional that will actually
provide shade!!No sense wasting money producing the current shade version, it is practically useless.Charge a few bucks more and make a great one (I have a BOB single stroller and the shade is incredible!!!)

and

2.Provide some type of mesh pocket within the child's seat for them to put a water bottle/snack etc.There is great parent storage under this stroller-but nothing for the kids to utilize! (I ended up strapping the little parent console part onto to the bar in front of the kids so that my toddler can keep her snack there. It is an ok solution-but now I have nothing, and often her snacks/cups fall out.)

(More customer reviews)Works great as a bike trailer..I would recommended getting different tires as the ones we had punctured the tube several times....As far as the stroller goes..it does not fit through standard doors..so if you're in thecity you can't take it into stores..unless you take the kids out and turn it sideways..you might have to take the front wheel out too...if you want to use it for a bike tralier then it's fine although the seatbelts are very confusing...you have to study the manual to get it right..I gave it that many stars because it is very sturdy and the price was cheaper than the burly..

(More customer reviews)We've had our Schwinn Trailer for one year.My daughter enjoys riding in it very much. There is a place for her drink, and the seat is comfortable enough that on longer rides she falls asleep.
I bought one of those seats that fits on the back of a bicycle, but it wouldn't fit.The back fender of my bicycle was too wide for the seat, and we didn't want to force it.I'm glad it didn't fit.The trailer is just great.It rolls smoothly on inflated rubber tires.I'm careful when turning that I don't hit curbs, the trailer turns very well. My daughter has room to wiggle her feet, without kicking me, she is protected from the sun, and mosquitoes with the cover and the bug/debris net.The side windows are easy to see out of.She enjoys riding in the trailer, and sometimes we even take the neighbor's granddaughter with us.They both fit comfortably (remember less than 100 lbs)It's a great purchase.

(More customer reviews)When my wife gave birth to our little one a couple years ago, I couldn't wait for him to be old enough to ride in a bike trailer for kids, but I had one huge worry:Safety.

These trailers are so light that they look as though they'd bounce up and down.However, nothing could be further from the truth.This is a very durable product, and while it is light, it is no "lightweight."It's very rugged, and after over a thousand miles on it, the treads on the tires are still holding up really well.

Most importantly, it connects to the rear triangle (near the dropouts) with a coupler that's built around a U-joint, so that if the bike flips over, the trailer will stay upright.I have put this to the test (with an empty trailer, of course), and the trailer stayed on both tires with so much as a nudge.

My kid fits snugly in the trailer, and during sunshiney days, the smoke-tinted side windows keep him from overheating, when used in tandem with the venting mesh front panels.He gets a lot of breeze back there, and if he drops his sippy cup, it conveniently rolls around on the floor until it comes back to him to pick up.

Speaking of tandems, this trailer is towable not only with my Bianchi road bike, but our Santana tandem my wife and I ride.It makes for one long total vehicle, but is very easy to manuever.

I notice I have to go up a gear on my rear cogset to pull this trailer with my single bike, which slows me down a little, but it doesn't feel like that much extra weight when climbing hills.This is a very efficiently built trailer and doesn't create a drag on me.When pulling with our tandem, my wife and I notice almost no slowing down, and just zip along as we always have.

The Burley Encore comes with an orange pennant and a long pole, for great visibility for other vehicles.I recommend getting a "slow moving vehicle" orange/yellow triangle for the rear for added safety, to let drivers know you're pulling precious cargo.

As for my little boy, he has a blast riding around in it, and points out birds, trains and pedestrians while travelling in style (though, with a helmet on, of course).Like a kid's car seat, this trailer is also the best thing to lull a kid to sleep when nap time is due.After five minutes, my boy is out like a light, and doesn't wake up until we're back home again.

As for me and my wife, this is an indispensable piece of exercise equipment:It has added hundreds of hours of needed exercise time to our lives, gotten us out into the great outdoors, and all without sacrificing quality time with the little one.Since she's now going to deliver another munchkin within a month, it ought to double our pleasure like Doublemint gum, as it can seat two, with plenty of elbow room.

(More customer reviews)I am very good with tools. So this bike trailer was a breeze to put together, even though the directions where completely horrible. I took someone else's advice from a review and tried to put electrical tape around the rim to stop the spokes from puncturing the tube, well I only did the front tire and I ended up tearing the tube myself. As for the other tires and tubes traveled about 20 miles or so on rough terrain, dirt roads, and pavement and they have held up great. I wish they had a better angle or more back support for the kids. We just put a pillow behind the kids and they looked a lot more comfortable. As for the service I woke a guy up at night to find out shipping details and he was much obliged to help me. All in all for the money its great. If I had the money I would have bought a more expensive one. THANK-YOU Hope this helps anyone

(More customer reviews)i did quite a bit of research online (comparing descriptions, reading reviews, etc.) and thought this would be the best bike trailer for our family. we decided to not go super cheap and couldn't afford a $500 trailer so this seemed like it would work.
PROS: the price, it was easy to assemble, it looked good, and would be easy for our daughter to see out of.
CONS: the seat was like a sling that didn't have much support so our daughter was slouched, there was only 2 layers of fabric between our child and the ground, and the cover attaches with a long thick line of velcro, so every time you want to get your child in or out, or get into the back compartment you have to rip open the cover, which was difficult to line up and cumbersome in general.
the cons out-weighed the pros so we returned this trailer, and found a burley d'lite for $100 more at a warehouse store that has a great padded seat, better harness and strap hooks, easy clips for opening and closing the cover, and a movable sun shade panel which gets more use than i would have expected
